If your Dragon Link transmitter stops communicating with your computer, and is not recognized by the GUI setup program, this is very easily fixed.   

1.   The Dragon Link Transmitter USB port has been put into telemetry mode.  When the Transmitter USB port is in telemetry mode, it will not communicate with the GUI program.

2.   Hold down the MENU button, and power on the Dragon Link Transmitter.  When you reach OPTION # 5, which is WHITE LED, release the menu button.  The Transmitter LED will now flash WHITE, which means that the transmitter is now exiting USB telemetry mode, and returning the USB port to GUI configuration program mode.

3.   Turn the transmitter OFF, the transmitter will now work with the Dragon Link GUI setup program as normal.
